We stand behind what we create and sell and want you to enjoy your style for years to come. Please read below our warranty policies for Bauble Linx Chains. To ensure that you have a positive experience, we offer a 60-day warranty:   

• Within the first 60 days if the welded product you purchased from us becomes un-welded, detached, or needs to be refitted, for any reason, and you have the product with you, you can schedule a repair appointment with us and have it welded back, or adjusted, for free. 

• This service is free and unlimited within 60 days of initial purchase.

• After 60 days of initial purchase a service fee of $20 will be applied per item welded or resized. 

  • This fee is waived with the purchase of another Bauble Linx product at time of appointment.

This warranty does not apply to jewelry that has been damaged due to improper care such as exposing your jewelry to chemicals, not limited to chlorine treated or salt water pools.
